Who we are

Formed in 1990, Stoneink Pty Ltd started as a boutique agency specialising in field attendances. By listening to our clients needs and concerns, we learnt that other agencies were ‘cherry picking’ files and reporting the rest as “uneconomical to pursue”. Inspired to provide an improved service to our clients, we took on the challenge of collection accounts. Using a back to basics approach, we began collecting on debts other agencies had deemed uneconomical and in some cases, obtaining four dollars for every one collected by competitors. Soon Stoneink became the first call for our clients collection needs. We now collect from more than 100,000 accounts on ledgers totalling in excess of $400 Million dollars. Our field team have attended over 300,000 addresses on our client’s behalf.

Stoneink has grown into a nationwide organisation assisting clients ranging from small business to multinational corporations.

Filing by mail typically takes 10 business days, while the electronic document can be raised and back from the court in less than 30 minutes.
