We prioritise the rehabilitation of your clients and, wherever possible, return them to you as repeat customers. If there is a dispute, we will attempt to mediate to achieve resolution. Where there is no dispute we clarify the reasons for non-payment and implement repayment arrangements that are both achievable and sustainable.
Working with you
In consultation with you, we customise a strategy path to suit your needs and follow this through with each of your accounts. If the strategy path can not resolve the account, we assess for further available options whilst keeping your best interests as our main priority.
